Used Cooking Oil Disposal & Recycling for Shopping Malls
For decades shopping malls have served as a place for community congregations of all ages, including kids, teens, adults, and the elderly. There’s something for everyone at the mall. There’s also something for everyone to eat at the food court in the mall. Due to this, food courts can produce a boatload of cooking oil that needs to be recycled. Which begs the question of what to do with the leftover grease and used oil and perhaps more importantly, how to dispose of the oil without tenants creating a mess. If a food court is located upstairs or deep inside of a mall the best option may be to provide you with a small indoor ecotub on castors. This prevents employees from having too carry hot, heavy cooking oil all the way outside to an oil receptacle. However if a standard outside oil receptacle is what works best we have those as well. Should the oil receptacle ever become too dirty we can always swap it out for a new clean container at no charge.
